Reds Anirai Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at 35/14, Sivaji Street, Raja Complex. We are actually upstairs of the Indian Bank in Erumpatty Post. It is a convenient spot since a lot of people go to the bank anyway. We are a group of farmers who work together under the Anirai name. Erumpatty is our home, and most of us have been around here our whole lives. We started this because we needed a way to collect our produce and sell it without getting lost in the shuffle. The office in Raja Complex is where we keep everything organized. It is usually full of talk about the rains or the price of cattle feed. Being above the bank means there is always a lot of activity nearby. We aren't trying to be a big national brand or anything like that. We are just local people who know the land. We spend our days checking on the crops and then meeting up at the office to see how the numbers look. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go as planned, like when the weather turns bad or the market drops. But having the group makes it a bit easier to handle those shocks. We just take it one day at a time, working the fields and making sure our families are taken care of. It is just honest work.
