Nijay Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at NO 8, Lakshmiamman Kovil Street in Edur village. If you know the GPD TK area, we are pretty easy to find right by the temple street. It is a quiet spot most of the time, except when the local farmers stop by to talk about the season. We set this up as a way for the producers here in Edur to have a central place to meet and organize. It is a very local operation. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment or a big staff. It is mostly just a few of us handling the accounts and making sure the supplies are moving correctly. The building is simple and fits right in with the rest of the village houses. We spend a lot of time walking between the office and the fields nearby. Being right on Lakshmiamman Kovil Street means we see everyone going to the temple, so we are always caught up on the village news. It is an honest way to make a living, helping our neighbors get better results from their hard work. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days are a total rush with people coming and going. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people from Edur trying to make the farming business work a little better for everyone in the community.
