Let's talk about the shop at Lilawati Tower. It's been around for a bit. We are right in the Saraidhela area of Dhanbad, just a short walk from the Canara Bank. If you're coming from the main road, you can't miss the tower. Inside, it's pretty straightforward. We've got chairs, mirrors, and the usual gear you'd find in a place where people get their hair cut. Most of the folks who come in are from around here. We see the same faces every month. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on weekends, especially when everyone decides they need a trim at the same time. The staff here just gets on with the work. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything, but there's a water cooler if you're thirsty. People talk about their day, the traffic on the way to the bank, or what's happening in the neighborhood. It gets loud when the kids are here with their parents, but that's just how a family spot is. We keep things clean enough and try to make sure nobody is waiting too long out in the hallway. It’s a local business, through and through. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first customer to walk in. Some days are slow, others we are running around until closing time. That’s just life at Lilawati Tower. Every day brings something a little different, and we are happy to be here.
