Cubs And Kittens is tucked away in Maruti Kunj, over in Shastri Nagar West. We are near Lrd More and Bank More, so it’s a pretty busy part of Dhanbad. There is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the shops nearby. But our little school is a bit more tucked back from the main road. We have a small space where we look after the little kids during the day. It’s not a huge facility with a big playground or anything like that. We have some indoor toys and some space for them to run around a bit inside. The walls have some stickers on them and there are usually some crumbs on the floor by the time we get to lunch. We are just a small group of staff who enjoy working with children and live in the area. We don’t have a polished corporate image or a marketing strategy. We just rely on parents in Shastri Nagar telling their friends about us when they are looking for a place for their toddlers. It’s a practical solution for families in the Bank More area. We do our best to keep things simple and easy for the parents. We have snacks, we have nap time, and we do some basic learning with songs and games. It’s a noisy, happy place most of the time. We don't use big words to explain what we do. We just take care of the kids and help them learn how to share.
