Our office is down in Madan Gir, at BF-28. It’s a busy area in New Delhi, and we’ve been here for quite a while. We work with prestressed concrete, which basically means we deal with a lot of construction components. It’s a lot of technical talk and making sure everything is strong enough for the projects we’re involved in. The building we’re in is pretty plain, just a standard spot in South Delhi. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in blueprints and calculators. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to bring you coffee. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working through some numbers or talking to a foreman on the site. New Delhi-62 is our local area, and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of this neighborhood. It’s noisy and fast-paced, which suits the construction industry. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get the jobs done correctly. It takes a lot of patience to work with concrete because you can't rush the process. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here doing what we know. People know where to find us when they have a structural question. It’s a practical way to make a living, and we take it one day at a time. We stick to our schedules and try to avoid any unnecessary complications in our daily work.
