Landmark International

Located in Chatterpur Extension at E-150/4, our place is right in the middle of a very active part of New Delhi. The area is always changing, with new buildings going up and the roads getting busier every month. Landmark International is mostly just us working out of this space, dealing with the daily tasks of running a business. We don't have any fancy signage or a big glass front. It’s a practical office where we handle our documents and talk to people we do business with. The dust from the street sometimes drifts in, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, but you get used to the sounds of construction and cars after a while. We spend a lot of time on the computer and answering the phone. There are stacks of paper everywhere and a few old calendars on the walls. We usually start early before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. It’s just a standard workspace where we focus on getting our tasks done and making sure our records are in order. Sometimes we take a break and get tea from the stall around the corner. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things organized in a city that can be quite messy. It’s a regular routine of checking emails, making calls, and looking at the clock until it’s time to head home and do it again.
