Shubham Traders

The shop is located at 8/109 in Dakshinpuri and we have been operating out of this small space for quite some time. It is a bit crowded inside because we try to keep a lot of different things in stock for the people living nearby. You walk in and there are boxes stacked almost to the ceiling, which makes finding stuff a bit of a challenge sometimes if you don't know where to look. We handle various goods and materials that people need for their daily work or home projects. It gets quite dusty because of the road outside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it keeps us going. Most of our customers are locals who stop by on their way home. We know most of them by name and they usually stay for a minute to talk about the weather or the traffic in the area. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know Shubham Traders is here. The ledger stays on the main counter and we mark everything down by hand. It is a simple way of doing things and it works for us. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stay open an extra hour to get everything moved inside. It's just a regular neighborhood business trying to stay busy.
