We have been running things here in Ramganjmandi for quite a while now. Our spot is right in Bazar No. 3, which is a pretty crowded part of town. If you are looking for us, we are located where Mr. K. K. Sharma is. It is a basic office, nothing too fancy or corporate looking. We spend most of our days dealing with the cement business and talking to people who come by the market. Kota can get really hot in the summer, so we mostly stay inside near the fans and try to keep up with all the paperwork. There are always trucks moving and people shouting in the bazaar, so it never gets too quiet around here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the local area well. Most of the work involves making sure the supplies are moving to the right places and answering the phone when it rings. We aren't trying to be some high-tech company. We just do the daily work of managing the cement trade for this part of Rajasthan. The building is older and has its quirks, but it serves us just fine for what we need to do. We like being right in the middle of the action because we get to see everyone. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we have gotten used to the noise and the pace of the market.
