Showcem India (Killick Nixon Ltd)

You can find us at Nillick House, which is located at number ten in the Kailash Colony Extension in Delhi. We have been at this address for a long time, and while the building itself has definitely seen better days, it is home for us. We handle the Showcem brand under the Killick Nixon name. Mostly, our work is about paints and coatings for buildings. The office is often filled with color charts and sample tins that have been opened and closed a hundred times. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their daily tasks sorted out. Delhi weather can be very tough, so the air conditioning is usually running full blast during the summer, though it struggles to keep up sometimes. We are not a fancy outfit by any stretch. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the filing cabinets always seem to be overflowing with papers. But the people here really know their stuff when it comes to cement paint and exterior finishes. We talk to a lot of contractors and shop owners who need regular supplies. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking our stock levels in the warehouse. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the paint out to the people who need it. It is a straightforward business for us.
