Shiv Sai Building Material is tucked away at No. 12/26 on Taj Enclave Road. We are in Block 6 of Geeta Colony, which is a busy residential area with a lot of narrow streets and people moving about. Our yard is usually packed with different materials, from sand to cement bags, so there isn’t much room to move around sometimes. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a delivery truck comes in, but we make it work somehow. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood who are fixing up their homes or building something small. We don’t have a professional sales staff; it’s usually just us wearing work clothes and helping people load their carts or trucks. The road outside can get pretty congested, especially in the evenings, but that’s just Geeta Colony for you. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need a big sign for people to find us. We keep things simple and don't try to overcomplicate the prices or the process for the people who come in. If we have it in stock, we tell you, and if we don't, we tell you when it’s coming. It’s a very practical way of doing business without any of the corporate talk you might find in larger stores. We just focus on keeping the supplies moving so people can finish their projects on time.
