Shahdara Building Material

We have been running Shahdara Building Material at A-2, Mansarover Park for quite some time. We are right off GT Road in Shahdara, which is a very busy spot. This place is always moving, with traffic and people going about their business. We keep a variety of things that people need for building houses or doing repairs. You’ll see stacks of bricks, bags of cement, and piles of sand around our yard. It’s not a very pretty sight, but it is functional. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. Most of our work is done right out in the open. We spend a lot of time loading up small tempos or bigger trucks that come through. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, especially when multiple customers show up at once and everyone is in a hurry. We try to help everyone as fast as we can. My family has lived in this area for years, so we know most of the people who come to buy from us. We don't really do much marketing. Usually, people just see us as they are driving by on GT Road and stop in. We keep our prices as fair as we can because we know how expensive it is to build anything these days. It is a tough business with a lot of heavy lifting, but it keeps us going.
