If you find yourself over near Bhikaji Cama Place, you might have walked past our office at Sanghi Industries Ltd. We’re located at number 625, which is right in the middle of all the bustle of Bhikaji Cama Place 6. It’s a busy part of town, always plenty of people walking around and cars looking for parking spots. Working here means you get used to the noise of the city pretty quickly. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff for the cement business from this location. It’s not a warehouse where you’ll see piles of sand or gravel, but more of the place where the paperwork and the planning happen. There’s a handful of us who’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen the office change quite a bit as we added more desks and filing cabinets. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or art for the walls because we're mostly focused on keeping the orders moving and making sure everything is recorded correctly. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that’s just how office life goes in a place like this. We try to keep things simple and honest. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at delivery schedules. It’s regular work for regular people. You won’t find any big corporate speeches here, just a group of us trying to get the day’s tasks done before the evening rush hour hits.
