Rohini Building Material & Water Proofing

Rohini Building Material & Water Proofing is over at Plot No. 290/7 in Sector 24. Rohini is a big area and Sector 24 has a lot of construction going on all the time. We decided to set up here because there is always someone needing a bag of cement or some help with a leaky roof. Waterproofing is one of the main things we handle because the houses around here often get damp during the monsoon. It's a real headache for homeowners so they come to us to see what we have. The plot isn't huge but we pack a lot of stuff into it. We have the usual building supplies but also the chemicals and paints used for sealing walls. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the buckets and bags lying around. I spend my day talking to people about their house problems and showing them what might work. It is not like a big corporate store where everything is on a shelf. You have to ask and we find it for you in the back. Being in Sector 24 means we see a lot of the same faces. People living in the flats nearby or the builders working on the new blocks. It is a busy life and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking for prices. We just give them a straight answer and tell them to come over and see the stuff. It's a practical way to run things and it seems to work fine for us and the neighbors.
