Pv Sethi Sons

Our place is over in Mianwali Nagar, specifically in the Harphool Singh Building near the Subzi Mandi Ghanta Ghar. It is a very old part of the area and you can tell by looking at the walls and the narrow lanes. Pv Sethi Sons has been around since my father’s time and we just kept it going. Being near the vegetable market means it is always loud and there is a lot of mud when it rains. We deal with a lot of local families who have known us for decades. Sometimes they just come by to say hello or ask about my kids. We don't use any big computers to track everything; mostly just notebooks and pens like it was done years ago. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby but we try to keep the shop floor swept. There is a specific rhythm to the day starting very early when the vegetable trucks arrive. We open up and start sorting through our inventory. It isn't a glamorous job but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. The building number 5127 is easy to find if you are familiar with the clock tower area. We have seen many shops come and go around here but we are still standing. Our family takes pride in just being consistent and showing up every day. It’s not about being the biggest shop in Delhi, just about being reliable for the people who live nearby.
