Our office is on the first floor of C-75 in Panchsheel Vihar. That is over in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-17. It is a decent area, though parking a car can be a real struggle most days. We have been operating from this spot for a good while. At Peddle Throp, we just focus on getting the architecture right for each individual plot. We are not into the flashy stuff you see in the glossy magazines. We deal with real buildings and real problems like space constraints and tight budgets. The team is quite small, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the office is very quiet when everyone is out on site visits, and other times it is loud with people arguing over a specific design detail or a structural issue. We work with all sorts of clients, from people building their very first home to those doing small commercial renovations. Delhi is a tough place to build because of all the regulations and paperwork, but we have learned how to navigate that over the years. We do not have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards hanging on the wall. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corners. It is a practical place for people who want to get things built without too much fuss or extra cost.
