We are based in New Ashok Nagar, right at B-137. It is a busy spot because we are so close to the Noida Sector 14 border. Most people get a bit confused about whether we are in Delhi or UP, but the address says Delhi-92 and that is where we stay. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and site samples everywhere. We started this place because we wanted to work on buildings without all the corporate drama you find in big firms. You can usually find us here late because the deadlines for these drawings do not move themselves. It is a regular neighborhood with lots of small shops and people walking by all the time. We are not trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just like solving the puzzles of how a house should look or where a staircase fits best without taking up too much room. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but it is real life. We handle the paperwork, the design sketches, and the site visits. It is practical work. No one here wears a suit unless they have to go to a government office for a permit. We talk to contractors and workers more than we talk to fancy clients. It is about getting the walls up and the roof on correctly. Every project has its own set of headaches, but that is just the business. (253 words)
