You can find us at Office Number 7783 in the Ix Block of Shakti Nagar. We are pretty close to the club, which usually makes it easy for people to find the general area. The office is usually filled with books of all kinds, mostly stuff you would find across India. It is a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to little notes from our customers. The shelves are pretty packed, and sometimes we have to move stuff around just to find a place to sit. It is not the most modern office, but it is ours and we know exactly where everything is located. We do not do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Mostly people hear about us through word of mouth or they just already know the address from someone else. Shakti Nagar is a decent place to work from. There is a bit of a community feel among the different shops around here. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the stacks or dust the shelves. Other days, we are rushing to get shipments out the door before the couriers arrive in the evening. We do not have a big mission statement. We just sell books and try to stay on top of the inventory. It is a straightforward business. We have been at this for a bit now and have grown attached to this little office near the club. It is a bit cramped, but it feels right to us and it gets the job done every day.
