Hind Pustak Bhandar

Our shop, Hind Pustak Bhandar, is located at No.42 in Gali Kedar Nath, which is right in the heart of Chawri Bazar. If you have ever been to Chawri Bazar, you know how narrow and crowded the lanes can be. Gali Kedar Nath is one of those spots where you really feel the history of the city. We have a lot of books here, and they are mostly stacked up in piles that reach toward the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where everything is located. The air is often filled with the smell of old paper, which is something we have grown to love over the years. We spend our days helping people who are looking for specific titles or just those who happen to wander in while exploring the bazaar. It is a very busy area, with carts and people constantly moving past our door. We do not have a lot of room to move around, but we make it work. The shop has been at number 42 for a long time, and we do not plan on changing much about it. It is an honest place for people who still value printed books. We do not have a website or anything like that; we just prefer to talk to our customers face-to-face. It is a simple way of doing things, but it has served us well in Chawri Bazar for many years now.
