We are based right here in New Delhi, where we handle everything related to our white cement works. New Delhi is a massive, crowded city that never seems to stop moving, but our office provides a steady place where we can get our daily work done. White cement is what we deal with, and it is a bit of a niche business compared to the standard cement you see everywhere. Our workspace is kept very simple. We have the usual office equipment like desks, some old chairs for visitors, and stacks of ledgers piled up on the shelves. This is not a high-rise office with a view of the skyline; it is a real working office in the middle of the city. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or trying to coordinate cement deliveries across the various parts of the capital. The traffic in Delhi is a constant challenge, so we have to spend a lot of time planning our logistics so the trucks do not get stuck for hours. We have a small, tight-knit team here. We have worked together for a long time and know how to help each other out. We usually get our lunch from one of the small food stalls just down the street. There is always a bit of dust around because of the nature of cement, but we do our best to keep things tidy. We don't worry about being fancy here.
