Mohd Ramzan Bhat & Sons

Our family has been running this business in Lajpat Nagar for a long time. We’re located right near the Jal Board, at Lajpat Nagar 37572. The name on the sign is Mohd Ramzan Bhat & Sons, named after my father. It’s a traditional kind of shop, the kind you don’t see as much anymore. We don't have a fancy showroom or a website. If you want to talk to us, you just come down to the shop. It’s a bit of a messy place, with old papers and boxes piled up in the corners, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in this same spot for decades, watching the neighborhood change around us. We know most of the people on this street by their first names. Our way of doing business is pretty simple: we talk to the customers, we agree on a price, and we do the work. We don't use any marketing tricks or polished language. Sometimes we have a bit of a disagreement with a customer, but we always work it out in the end. It’s just how things go when you’ve been in business as long as we have. We’re not trying to grow into some big corporation. We just want to keep doing what we’ve always done right here in Lajpat Nagar. It’s a quiet, steady life and it keeps us busy from morning till night. That’s enough for us, and we hope it’s enough for our customers too.
