We’ve set our office at 45 Corner Market in Malviya Nagar. It’s a busy part of New Delhi - 17, and we like being right in the middle of it. You can hear the sounds of the market all day, which keeps things interesting. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few old computers, and more rolls of blueprints than we probably need. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or use a lot of jargon. We just like to get down to the business of planning and designing. Some days are just spent on the phone or dealing with permits, and other days we get to spend more time on the drawing board. It’s a mix of everything. We’ve been in Malviya Nagar long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We aren’t trying to be a world-class firm or anything like that. We just want to be a reliable place where people can get their architectural work done. Line & Form is just a name on the door; the real stuff happens inside where we’re all just trying to figure out the best way to build something. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. If you’re around Corner Market, you’ll probably see us coming and going throughout the day. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
