Adikwet Placement Services

Our small office is tucked away in Karol Bagh at No. 6772, Dev Nagar, right in Block 10. If you are walking around near Pali Nursing Home, you have probably passed by us without even noticing. We have been running Adikwet Placement Services from this spot for a while now, mostly just dealing with paperwork and talking to folks who are looking for work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some old files, but it gets the job done. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people who come in from the neighborhood. Karol Bagh is always loud and busy, so there is usually a lot of noise coming in from the street while we work. We try to keep things simple here. People come in, they tell us what kind of skills they have, and we see if any of the companies we know are hiring. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us a round of chai while we are sorting through resumes. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It is just a handful of us trying to help people find a decent paycheck. It can get a bit chaotic when the office gets full on Monday mornings, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We just keep at it every day.
