Our office is over in Padam Tower at the Dda Community Centre in Okhla Phase-1. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of noise. We spend our time dealing with cement orders and the logistics of moving them around. It is heavy work, both metaphorically and literally. People need cement for houses, bridges, and everything else being built in the city. We handle the piles of paperwork and coordinate with the construction sites. Some mornings start really early when the supply trucks are moving. The tower is usually buzzing with people coming in and out. We are not really the types to use fancy words or corporate slogans. We just talk about bags, cement grades, and delivery times. It is straightforward. Dealing with construction sites means things go wrong sometimes, like weather delays or the terrible traffic in Okhla. We just try to get the stuff where it needs to go. The staff here has been around for years. We know the regular customers just by their voices on the phone. It is a lot of spreadsheets and constant phone calls. Sometimes the tea guy is the most important person in the office during a long shift. We have seen this area change quite a lot over the years. Building things takes a lot of time and patience. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you are looking for us, we are right there in Phase-1.
