Grassim Industries (Birla White Cement Division)

Our office is located in the Shakarpur area of New Delhi. We are in the School Block at address S 416-A. The best way to find us is to look for the Mother Dairy shop, because we are right near it. This part of Delhi is very crowded and the streets are quite narrow. There is always the sound of horns and people talking outside. We handle the Birla White Cement division from this spot. The office is not very big, and it is usually full of papers and samples. It gets very hot in the summer, so our old air conditioners are always running, making a loud humming sound. We are a small team and we know each other's families and stories. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to open the door for you. You just walk in and find us at our desks. We drink a lot of water and tea to get through the day. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local stalls nearby or a tiffin from home. It is a very basic, practical place to work. We don't try to look corporate or polished. We are just regular people working in a busy part of the city. The office is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some places, but it is where we do our work every day. It feels like home to us.
