Grasim Industries Ltd ,Ciment Division (Aditya Birla Group

We are based in Mehrauli, New Delhi. Our office is in Shirdi Apartment, specifically Flat No-101 at H.No-324/4. This is the spot for the Grasim Industries Ltd cement division, which is part of the Aditya Birla Group. Mehrauli is a very old and busy part of the city. Working out of an apartment flat keeps things feeling a bit more personal and less like a giant company. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It is a simple arrangement. We deal with the cement side of the business here. There is always a lot of coming and going in this part of Delhi. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through files. It is not a shiny corporate office with a view of the skyline. It is just a flat in an apartment building. We know the other people living and working in Shirdi Apartment. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of paperwork, but we make it work. Most of the folks in the office have been here for years. We just focus on the daily routines of the cement division. We do not have a lot of rules about how things look, as long as the work gets done correctly. Mehrauli is a good place to be because it has a lot of history and it is always active. We just keep our heads down.
