Fun N Food Village

We are situated right on the Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road in Kapashera Village. It is a very busy spot because of all the traffic moving between the two cities. Inside our gates, it’s a whole different world with the water pools and the slides. We spend a lot of time checking the pumps and making sure the water is clear. It’s a lot of physical labor, and the humidity from the pools makes everything feel damp all day. We have various food stalls around, and we’re always carrying crates of cold drinks or bags of flour to keep them stocked. The sound of splashing and people talking is constant from morning until evening. Sometimes the slides need a bit of repair, so we have to close them off for a few hours, which people don't always like. We’ve been here for many years, so some of the paint is peeling and things look a bit worn, but we keep the place running every day. It’s not a corporate office; it’s a place where we wear rubber sandals and spend half our time getting wet. We see a lot of people from the nearby offices coming here to blow off steam. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. We just open the gates and get to work. It’s a busy, messy, and loud job, but it’s what we do.
