Des Raj & Sons

Azad Market is where we have been for a long time at Plot No-213-214. Being near Sadar Bazar means there is always a lot of movement and people everywhere. Des Raj & Sons has been a family thing for a while, and the space we have here is usually packed with stuff from floor to ceiling. It can get a bit cramped in the aisles, but we know where everything is hidden away. The noise from the market is just something you live with every day. You hear the carts rattling on the street and people shouting back and forth. My sons help out with the heavy lifting and dealing with the folks who come in looking for specific items. We have two plots joined together, but it still feels small when a big shipment arrives. Sometimes we have to move everything out to the front just to reach one thing in the back. It is a bit of a puzzle every morning. We do not use any fancy systems, just our own way of doing things that has worked since the start. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to stop working long enough to do it. It is a busy life in the market and we are just part of the scenery here now. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving.
