Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd.

We are over here at Silver Oaks Apartments in DLF Phase I. It is a busy spot in Gurgaon, and that is where the Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. office sits. Most people just know us for the bags of cement moving in and out, but there is a lot of paperwork and phone calls happening inside these walls too. I have been working here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every morning. You get your tea, sit down at the desk, and start looking at the logistics for the day. Gurgaon has changed so much since we first moved into this building. It used to be much quieter around here, but now there are cars everywhere and new towers going up on every corner. We handle a lot of the supply stuff for local builders from this unit. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can get the job done without too much fuss. Sometimes the lift acts up, or the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage just fine. People stop by to ask about orders or check on delivery times, and we try to give them a straight answer. It is mostly about making sure the right trucks get to the right sites at the right time. We just focus on the daily tasks and keeping things moving. It's regular work for regular people, and we have been at this address long enough that most of the neighbors know us by now.
