Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd

We are located at C-111/A in Sector-39, Noida. This is our office for Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd in this part of the NCR. Noida is a different kind of place compared to the factory sites, but it's still busy in its own way. We have a regular office setup here. It’s where the phones stay busy and we coordinate with the different departments across the region. The traffic in Sector-39 can be a bit of a headache in the mornings, so most of us are happy once we finally get inside and get the tea brewing. We don’t have any massive signs or flashy billboards on the building. It’s a standard office block where people come to do their eight hours and then go home to their families. We handle a lot of the logistical planning and the commercial side of things from this desk. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we make do with fans. It’s a practical space without any corporate fluff. We talk to vendors, sort out the billing, and make sure the sales teams have what they need. It’s mostly about spreadsheets and phone calls here. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so we know the local tea stall guy and the security guards around the sector pretty well. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us, keeping the cement business running from an urban office.
