Our office is on the third floor, specifically Room No. 1, at 26 Masihgarh in the Sukhdev Vihar area of New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but this is where we manage things for Acc Concrete Ltd. This part of the city is quite cramped, so our workspace is small and filled with files, site plans, and the general clutter of a busy construction-related business. We are right in the thick of things here in South Delhi. It isn't a polished office with glass walls; it is a practical space where real work gets done. We spend our days on the phone with site managers and checking in with the plant to see how the batches are coming along. Dealing with the logistics in a place like Sukhdev Vihar requires a lot of patience, especially when the roads get blocked or the weather turns bad. We have a small, dedicated staff who know the ins and outs of the local building codes and the best routes for the trucks. We don't bother with a lot of marketing talk because our reputation is built on just being there when we say we will. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just take it one day at a time. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the busy streets of Delhi, but it’s home for us during the work week. Our team has seen many projects come and go through these doors.
