Acc Concrete Ltd. ( A Holcim Company)

We are Acc Concrete Ltd., part of the Holcim group, and we are based in the NCR area. Even though we are part of a bigger name, the day-to-day work here feels very local. The NCR region is always under construction, so it feels like the noise never stops. Our yard is a busy place with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We spend most of our time keeping an eye on the mixers and making sure the supplies of sand and stone don't run low. It is a lot of coordination. The traffic in the National Capital Region is a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time on the phone with our drivers trying to figure out where they are. It’s a messy business. Concrete dust gets everywhere, on your clothes and in your hair. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you'll just see a lot of equipment and people working hard. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what we have and when it can be delivered. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days a machine breaks or a truck gets stuck. We just take it as it comes. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have a good team of people who know how to handle the pressure. That is basically who we are and what we do.
