You can find us at No. S-10A on Surya Complex Road, right near Rani More in Roorkee. It’s a decent spot, easy for people to drop by when they are out doing their errands. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on fixing gadgets and helping people with their tech problems. It gets pretty busy around Rani More, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by screens, keyboards, and a bunch of tools. We don’t really go for a polished look. It’s a working shop, so there are usually boxes stacked up and parts waiting to be used. People from the neighborhood come in with phones that won't charge or computers that have slowed down to a crawl. We take a look, see what’s wrong, and tell them what it’s going to take to fix it. We don't use a lot of technical talk unless someone asks for it. Roorkee has a lot of people who need their devices working for school or work, so we stay fairly occupied. It’s just honest work. We open up in the morning and stay until the last job of the day is done. Sometimes we have a backlog, but we try to move through it steadily. It’s just how it goes when you’re the local spot for these kinds of things. No one expects a showroom, just their stuff fixed up and ready to go.
