If you walk down Railway Station Road, you will see our place. It is always loud and full of energy around here. You can hear the trains coming and going at all hours, and there is a constant stream of people walking past our entrance. Inside, we have rows of computers set up for the various tasks and training sessions we run. It’s a practical setup with whiteboards that are usually covered in notes and diagrams by the end of the day. The lighting is bright, and the rooms can get a bit stuffy when there are a lot of people inside, so we keep the fans or the AC running constantly. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or leather sofas; it’s all about the desks and the screens. Most of us eat lunch at our desks or step out for a quick bite from one of the vendors on the street. It’s a very functional environment where the main goal is just to learn or work on the projects we have lined up. The noise from the station becomes like background music after a while, and you stop noticing the whistles and the announcements. It’s a gritty, busy part of town, but it works for us because it’s easy for everyone to get here. We just show up, log in, and get to work.
