I.T. Care Solutions Services

We are set up in Sewla Kalan, specifically in the Majra area along Saharanpur Road. If you know where Hotel Sunder Palace is, then you are pretty much right at our doorstep. I.T. Care Solutions Services is basically a small hub where we deal with all kinds of computer troubles and technical hiccups. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything; it is more of a practical workspace filled with spare parts and tools. We see a lot of laptops and PCs coming in every week. Some have had tea spilled on them, while others just won't turn on for some mystery reason. We spend our time poking around motherboards and trying to recover data that people thought was gone forever. The traffic on Saharanpur Road can get pretty bad in the evenings, but it means a lot of people pass by and drop off their gear. We have been doing this for a while now and have seen just about every tech problem you can imagine. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we are talking to the folks who come in. We just tell them what is broken and how long it will likely take to fix it. It is a busy little spot, and we like it that way. Most days are spent hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron or a screwdriver in hand, just making things work again.
