Sspeedtechies Info is based in Mohkampur Rural, in a place called Shiv Nanda Vihar. We are operating out of Uma Dutt Panoli’s house. It’s a very local vibe here. You won't see any glass skyscrapers or anything like that in this part of Dehradun. It’s just a regular neighborhood with narrow lanes and houses close together. We set up our equipment in a few rooms and that’s where we spend our days. We are tech people, but we are local people first. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who deliver the mail. Our work is mostly digital, so as long as we have a decent connection and some electricity, we are good to go. It’s not a fancy corporate life. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit on the porch for a bit until it comes back. We don't mind. It gives us a chance to talk. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There’s no dress code or anything. Just come in, sit down, and get through the list of things to do. It’s an honest living and we are glad to be doing it right here in Mohkampur. The mountains are always there in the background, which is a nice perk of working in this area. It's just a bunch of regular guys working on some pretty complicated computer stuff.
