Shivgori As Solution is run out of Defence Colony in Dhandera. It is basically a residential area, so it is pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main town markets. We are set up at Manish Kumar’s place. It’s not your typical high-rise corporate office, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with various technical solutions and support work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. Usually, there are just a couple of us here managing the daily operations. We do not spend a lot of time on social media or making big posters. Most of our work comes from people who know us or live around the colony. Dhandera is a nice enough place to have a small business. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual stuff like loud neighbors or the mail being late, but we manage. We try to keep things simple and just handle the tasks as they come in. There is no complicated hierarchy or big management meetings here. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to get done for the day. It is a very hands-on kind of environment. If you walk through Defence Colony, you might see us working away. We like the fact that it is a local setup and we don’t have to commute to a big city every day. It saves time and lets us focus on the actual work at hand without all the extra noise.
