Rolls Hut Punjabi Foods

We are located at 85 Rajpur Road in Dehradun, right across from the Vishal Mega Mart. If you live around here, you know that this road is always moving with people shopping or heading up toward the hills. Our shop, Rolls Hut Punjabi Foods, is a pretty straightforward place. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or soft music playing. Most of the time, all you hear is the sound of the pans and people talking. We focus on Punjabi-style food, mostly rolls and quick snacks that people can eat while they’re on the go. The kitchen gets pretty warm, especially in the summer, but we keep the grill going all day. We do our own prep work every morning, chopping vegetables and marinating things so everything is ready for the lunch crowd. Sometimes the line gets a bit long because we only have a few people working at once, but we try to be as quick as we can. The tables are basic and we don't have fancy napkins or anything like that. We just provide good, honest food for people who are out shopping or working nearby. It’s a small family-run kind of vibe where we just worry about the quality of the food and making sure the shop is clean at the end of the night. It’s just what we do.
