You can find us at Tanishq Complex on Jail Road in Dehradun. We are close to Suddhowala Chowk, which is a very busy junction in this part of the city. The pincode is 248001. Our place is called Rawat Food Gallary, and we operate out of a standard commercial building. It is not a very big space, but we have managed to fit in everything we need to cook and serve people. The walls are plain and we have some lights that stay on all day. Because we are near the chowk, there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background. We usually have the doors open to let some air in, though it brings in some noise too. We spend our mornings getting the ingredients ready and making sure the kitchen is clean. There is no corporate team behind us, just a few people who know how to handle a kitchen. We serve people who work in the nearby shops or those who are just passing through Suddhowala. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people come at once, but we just do our best to keep up. It is a practical business, and we do not try to make it look like something it is not.
