Rajan and Lalit Co. is situated on Roorkee Road in the Rampuri area. We are located right near Reshu Bal Vidya Mandir School, which is a good landmark if you're trying to find us. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward business, mostly dealing with supplies and general trade. We don't have a big corporate office or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s usually just one of us sitting at the main desk handling orders and talking to people who walk in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the shelves are a bit dusty, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We don't use any fancy management systems; a lot of things are still written down in ledgers. We like the personal touch of talking to our customers face-to-face. Roorkee Road is always humming with traffic, which keeps things interesting. We’ve seen kids grow up and go through the school next door while we’ve been working here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what people need in Rampuri. It's honest work and we take it as it comes. If you need something, you just come in and ask. That’s how we’ve always done it and it seems to work fine. There’s always a spare chair and a bit of time for a neighborly conversation.
