Our office is over at Number 36 in the Topavan enclave, down the fifth cross lane in Tarla Aamwala. It’s a bit tucked away, which we actually prefer. We share the space with the Manohar Lal Siroha building. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, so it’s a good environment for getting work done without too many distractions. We started Prarabdh Innovative Solutions because we had a few ideas we wanted to try out, and this house provided the perfect starting point. We aren’t the type of people to wear suits to work every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the problems we’re trying to solve. The lane can be a bit narrow, and sometimes visitors get lost trying to find the fifth cross, but once you’re here, it’s very peaceful. We have a small garden area where we sometimes take our breaks. It’s not a high-tech campus, just a local house converted into a workspace. We handle our daily operations with a lot of common sense and not much corporate policy. Being in Dehradun, or specifically the Aamwala area, means we’re surrounded by trees and a bit of nature. It keeps us grounded. We’re just a bunch of people who enjoy working together and trying to find practical answers to the technical stuff we deal with. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We just keep things moving along.
