We’re located at Plot 51 on Khasra Number 430 in Haridwar. It’s an area that’s seen a lot of growth lately, with more businesses moving in every year. Our spot at Pcss Softech isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for show. We spend most of our time at our computers or in small meetings, trying to figure out the best way to handle the software side of things. Haridwar is a busy city, especially during the pilgrimage seasons, so we’ve learned to plan our schedules around the traffic and the crowds. It’s a bit of a trek to get to the plot sometimes, but we’ve made it our home. We aren’t big on corporate culture or having meetings about having meetings. Usually, if something needs to be said, we just say it across the room. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve been together long enough that we don’t need a lot of rules. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks. It’s a bit dusty outside sometimes with the construction in the area, but inside we keep it organized. We like being part of the Uttarakhand business scene. It’s not as fast-paced as Delhi, but we stay plenty busy. Just a simple office on a numbered plot, doing what we know how to do best without any unnecessary fluff or complicated procedures.
