Nsquare Networks Private Limited operates out of House No. 07 in Keshav Madhav Puram. It is part of the New Yamuna Colony in the Dakpathar area. Working out of a house makes the whole thing feel much more relaxed than being in a typical tall office building. We have converted a few of the back rooms into our main workspaces. The living room area is where we have our main setup with all the routers and the servers. It is a bit of a maze of blue wires sometimes, but we know where every single one goes. Dakpathar is a nice area, quite peaceful compared to the noise of the bigger cities nearby. We get a lot of natural light through the windows and the neighbors are usually pretty friendly. We mainly focus on network stuff, making sure everyone's connections stay solid. It is a very hands-on job for us. We spend a lot of our time on ladders or crawling under desks to reach outlets. There isn't any of that corporate polish here. We wear whatever is comfortable and work until the job is actually finished. Sometimes that means staying late into the night when a network connection goes down unexpectedly. We have a small kitchen where we make far too much tea and coffee. It’s just how we have always operated. We don't have big goals.
