Our office is over at Iswar Vihar in Ladpur, specifically at Subhash Chand's place. It’s a residential area, so it feels very different from a city center office. There are trees around and you can hear the birds in the morning, which is a nice change from the traffic noise. We’ve set up our computers in a couple of rooms here. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, it’s just a quiet spot where we do our coding and software work. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and wave. It’s that kind of place. We take turns making tea, and usually, someone brings in biscuits to share. Ladpur is a bit away from the main Dehradun hustle, which we actually prefer. It keeps things calm. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy boardrooms. Our meetings usually happen around a regular dining table or while we’re standing in the hallway. It’s a very informal environment, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the work rather than the formalities. It’s just us, a few laptops, and a lot of tea, trying to build things that work properly. We have some old posters on the wall that have been there since we started. It’s a comfortable little setup for a small team like ours and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
