Narain Travels

Narain Travels is located at Shop Number 16 on Dispensary Road. We are right near the K C City Center, a place most people in Dehradun City know well. Our shop is small and it is filled with maps and travel papers from all our years of work. This is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming inside. We don't have a polished corporate look at all. It is just a local travel shop where we sit and talk to our customers face to face. We handle many different things, like booking tickets or getting cars ready for long trips. Being in the 248001 area means we are right in the heart of the city. We have a small staff and we all do whatever needs to be done. One minute we are on the phone, and the next we are helping someone with their bags. We keep a big ledger on the main desk to keep track of everything. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Sometimes it gets crowded in the shop when several people come in at the same time. We just ask them to wait a moment and offer them some water. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. Most people know us because they walk past the shop every day on their way somewhere else. We just try to stay organized and help folks get to where they are going. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place on Dispensary Road.
