We are located over in Sector 4 of Defence Colony, at B 139. It’s a quiet enough spot. Panchtattva Tours Travels started because we liked moving around and figured we could help others do it too. It’s a small office, nothing too grand. We handle things like booking cars or sorting out train tickets for families around here. A lot of people in the colony know us by now. We don't do those big flashy holiday packages you see on TV. Usually, it’s just someone needing a ride to the airport or a trip to the hills for a few days. The phones ring a lot, especially during the wedding season or school holidays. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork, but we always try to fix it right away. It's just a few of us sitting at desks with computers. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The office has a few maps on the wall and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. We try to keep things simple. If a car is late, we call and tell you. No point in lying about it. Most of our business comes from word of mouth from the neighbors. It’s a decent way to make a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. Just want to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It keeps us busy and we enjoy the work. We've been here long enough that people know our faces and how we operate things.
