Manoj Travels has been operating on Kanwli Road for quite some time now. Our office is right on the main road, so it’s easy to spot if you are driving past. It’s a simple setup—just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We don't have a fancy waiting room or coffee machines. Most people just pop in to ask about bus timings or to book a vehicle for a trip. Kanwli Road is usually busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to travel. Sometimes it’s just a short trip across town, and other times it’s something longer. We don’t have a massive fleet of cars, just a few reliable ones that we keep in good shape. It’s a small operation, mostly run by family and a couple of drivers we’ve known for years. We don’t use any complicated booking systems; we just write everything down and make sure it happens. We try to be fair with people and give them the right information. We aren't interested in being the biggest travel agency; we just want to make sure our customers get to where they’re going without any fuss. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the traffic is bad or a car breaks down, but we deal with it as it comes. That’s just the way it is in this business. We stay open pretty late most days to help.
