It’s a busy road with a lot of cars and buses going by all the time. We spend our time helping people plan their trips. Whether it’s a short trip or something longer, we look at the trains and flights and hotels. It’s a lot of clicking around on websites and staying on hold with airlines. Our office is a simple place where we sit and talk to anyone who walks in. We have maps and schedules all over. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We just have some chairs and a desk. We’ve been here long enough that we know the rhythm of the street. Sometimes it gets really loud outside with all the traffic. We don't mind. We are just here to do our jobs. People come to us because they want a human to talk to instead of just using an app. We listen to where they want to go and try to find a way to make it happen. It’s practical work.
