We are based out in Raipur, specifically the Raipur Rural area of Dehradun. The office is located with the care of Lt. Tirlok Jagat Singh’s family property. Holobolo Solution Private Limited is a small outfit, and we like keeping things low-key. It’s not like those big tech hubs you see in the movies. It is more like a converted space where we’ve set up our desks and computers. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the middle of the city, which is a nice perk. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting and working through different technical solutions. There isn't any grand philosophy behind what we do. We just saw an opportunity to start a business in this field and we went for it. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from fixing a printer to writing software. We don’t have a uniform or a strict schedule. As long as the work is done, everyone is happy. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It is a very local way of running things. We know the neighbors and they know us. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to make a living in Raipur by doing work we actually understand. We don't make it complicated. That is how we have always operated.
