Hois Spice Catering Services

Hois Spice Catering Services is located at 193 Neshvilla Road in Dehradun City. We are right opposite Sophia School Dehradun City, so we hear the school bell ring several times a day. Our place is basically a large kitchen. We do not have a dining area or a place for people to sit and eat. It is all about the cooking and getting the food ready for delivery. The kitchen is always a busy place with the sound of knives on cutting boards and the roar of the stoves. We use a lot of local spices, and you can usually smell them from the street. It gets very hot and humid in the kitchen, especially when we are preparing a large order. Our team consists of a few cooks who have been working together for a long time. We do not have a fancy corporate structure. Everyone just knows what they need to do. We spend our mornings at the local markets picking out vegetables and whatever else we need for the day. We do not have a marketing department or any glossy brochures. We just rely on the food to speak for itself. Sometimes we have a very busy week and everyone is exhausted, but we keep going because the work needs to be done. We are just local people in Dehradun making meals for other people. It is hard work but it is honest, and we are quite content with that.
