Highlink Innovation & Solutions Private Limited sounds like a big name, but we are actually just a local group working out of this building. The tower is a decent place to work, though finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting at our workstations. We do a lot of thinking and a lot of typing. It isn't a flashy life, but it suits us fine. We’ve been in this part of Dehradun for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s always construction or something happening nearby. We focus on innovation and different technical solutions, mostly because that’s what we are good at. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just how we talk. We have a couple of rooms filled with hardware and a small kitchen where we make coffee. Most of the time, it’s quiet work. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to provide what our clients need and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We like the routine of coming in, checking the lists, and getting through the work before the sun goes down. It is what it is.
